Lisa and Dave’s Wisconsin Wedding (Part 1)—A Really Ralph Lauren Rehearsal Dinner
Whew! It’s been a whirlwind few days, but I’m finally reflecting on what an amazing weekend we just had. Lisa, my best friend since first grade, got married to the love of her life and it was an absolute fairy tale occasion in our hometown, Waupaca. She was even married by the same pastor that Sean and I were. (Hi, Cathy!) Lisa is—hands down— the best, and longest-lasting friend I have and I’m so happy that she finally got her fairy tale wedding. As one of the most loyal, kind, and thoughtful people I know, Lisa deserves every bit of the gliz, glam and glory she experienced last weekend. Although she and Dave have been together for about seven years, we all joke that we’ve been planning this wedding for 18 years!
Today, I want to share some shots from the rehearsal and dinner the night before, and tomorrow I’ll put up my favorite photos from the wedding. Congrats Lisa and Dave—love you!
Lisa and her dad, John, practicing their walk down the aisle:
Doesn’t Lisa look so blissfully happy here? I love it!
The bridesmaids… what a lovely group of girls!
The rehearsal was held in, what I can only describe as a remodeled barn that was like Pottery Barn-meets-Ralph Lauren. It was delightful.
